Equipment and Capacity
At present, the company has more than 300 high-speed extrusion production lines and 100 injection moulding machines, which are purchased from famous brands home and abroard, such as Pavion. The equipment is highly automated and the production process is controlled by computers. The company's production capacity includes 80000 tons of high impact PVC-M for water supply and low-pressure sewage and drainage rigid PVC pipes; 160000 tons of HDPE gas pipe, 40000 tons of PVC-M high-impact pipe and pipe fittings, 160000 tons of PVC-U plastic pipe and fittings, 40000 tons of PPR, PE-RT pipe and fittings, 100000 tons of HDPE water supply pipe and fittings, 100000 tons of PVC plastic profile, 40000 tons of HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe. The company invested more than 16 million Chinese Yuan to set up Product Inspection Center, five physical and chemical performance testing laboratories, including a sample laboratory, a chemical laboratory, an extreme temperature laboratory, a mechanical laboratory, and a hydraulic pressure laboratory to inspect all the physical and chemical properties, as well as some of the raw material performance indicators for PVC,HDPE, PP-R, PE-RT pipe and fittings and PVC profiles. The center has been listed as "Shandong Plastic Pipe Engineering Technology Research Center". It has been approved by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, is the CNAS recognized laboratory.
